A quick summer bowl I made this month. It is one of my favorites during the summer and it is super quick to make. 

What you need:

1. Any fruits you love the most
2. Add any seed of your choice (I love Chia Seeds) 
3. Coconut flakes
4. Water (I prefer instead of milk)

Extra: Add some Collagen Powder and Vega protein powder to help the skin and hair. (I add this ingredients to all my smoothies everyday)

How to:

Mix all the fruits with the Chia Seeds, Vega protein, Collagen powder and add some coconut flakes, and blend well until smooth.
