I started going the gym a couple of weeks ago,and I have been very determined to eat very healthy - 3 small meals with snacks in between, and drinking plenty of water.  It is extremely hard to stick to it, but after you get used to it and you follow a gym routine you can start seeing results.

Here is an article I found on pop sugar that explain in 10 easy steps how to start going to the gym if you are a beginner like me. 

I also want to share  a quick and easy healthy recipe I made the other day with Quinoa. 


Here is how to make it:


4 boneless skinless chicken breast 
- 1 cup of Quinoa 
- 1 lime juice
- 1 lemon
- 2 slide of watermelon 
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper 
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 of your favorite seasoning
Large handful of green beans
1/4 cup butter
-1 Cup of small tomatoes 

How to:

- Start by cleaning very well the chicken breast with lime.  Season chicken with salt, pepper,lemon, and your favorite seasoning I usually use adobo(you can use any type)
Heat a pan with butter. Cook the chicken and add some salt and pepper. When the chicken is almost cooked add some tomatoes and watermelon to the mix for some extra taste. 
- In a large pot, add water and bring to a boil. Add the green beans and boil for 6 minutes or more
- In another pot, add water and bring to a boil. Add the quinoa cook for 15 minutes.
